Shipping policy
Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
We use reliable courier partners to dispatch and ship our products, which typically takes between 1 and 2 working days.
The delivery timeline is between 4 to 10 days.
Shipping Charges:
Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping across India only on prepaid orders above INR 1000. On orders less than INR 1000, INR 100 for shipping will be added to the total bill at the time of checkout.
COD:
Express Shipping: We are happy to provide express overnight shipping across India. The freight charges will be INR 400. The parcel will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours. However, if an order is placed on Sundays, Public and Government holidays, the shipment will be dispatched on the next business day. Please be aware that Nashira has no control over any delays caused by the weather, volume, traffic, etc. for the shipment.
Same Day Shipping: This is only accessible for Delhi NCR. We provide Wefast as a choice. You may contact us on WhatsApp for further information.
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!
Things to keep in mind!
*The estimated shipment time is the number of days it will take to receive an item from the ship date specified at checkout. It excludes weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen courier delays (weather, volume, traffic, etc). If the buyer requested a different delivery option, or has made any changes to the order details post placing the order, the delivery may be delayed. The shipment date may change if your purchase includes items that are in stock, shipping later, and/or are manufactured to order. Check the dates shown at checkout and on your email of confirmation.
*The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and is non-refundable.
*Please inspect the package before you take it from the delivery person. If you have any reason to believe that the package has been tampered with, refuse to receive it to protect yourself from liability. Additionally, we advise that you record a video of yourself opening the package because it will serve as evidence in the eventuality of a mismatch or theft during logistics
*Please be aware that if you are unavailable when the delivery is made, you can arrange it for as many as two further delivery attempts at a time that is more convenient for you.
