• Put jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray have dried.
• Wipe gently with the soft cloth in your box after each wear.
• Store pieces separately in the pouch provided so they do not scratch each other.
• Water and sweat resistant, though we suggest removing pieces before swimming.
• Backed by our 1-year tarnish assurance.

• Exchange or return requests within 5 days of delivery.
• Damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Pieces must be unused and unopened, with tags, invoice and original packing intact.
• Sale items, credit note purchases and promotional bundles cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Email shopwithnashira@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 hours and arrange pickup.
• Non-sale items can be exchanged for a piece of equal or higher value, or a credit note valid for 3 months. Defective pieces are replaced.
