• Exchange Policy: Non-sale items can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Sale items and purchases made with a credit note are non-exchangeable. Exchanges must be for products of equal or higher value, with the balance paid by the customer.
• Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, with tags, original packaging, and an intact invoice. Returns won’t be accepted for used, damaged, missing, or sale items. Any defective or missing product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• Damaged Items: If a product is damaged during manufacturing or shipping, a replacement will be provided. Report damages within 24 hours of delivery.

• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000. Orders below ₹1000 incur a ₹50 shipping fee.
• Express & Same-Day Shipping: Express shipping (₹400) delivers within 24-48 hours. Same-day delivery is available via Wefast in Delhi NCR.
